Tired of Yo Yo Diet or traditional exercise?

Everyone knows how to get fit and lose weight: an hour of aerobic activity (treadmill, walking, jogging, aerobics, cross trainer, cycle) and go on a diet. Calories in. Calories Out. The problem with this low calorie, aerobic exercise model? It does not work in the long run. The truth is that the typical aerobic exercise program and calorie counting diet burns muscle not fat. And fat is what you want to lose. In addition to making you look better, only fat loss has the power to restore a damaged metabolism and create lasting changes. Popular weight loss programs never measure what type of weight was lost (muscles or water or fat).

People who embark on a calorie burning and aerobic weight loss programs face an uphill struggle. Most last only a few days. Even those who are able to stick with such a program find it a constant battle just to maintain their hard won results. Even the research studies on the best weight loss programs boast a short term success of only 20 percent. That means 80% of those who try these programs have no success at all or fail to maintain their weight loss for more than 1 year. And 95% fail in 2 years. And then they again start with the same program. That’s why it is called yo yo dieting.

Key to permanent weight loss is WORKOUT LESS and EAT MORE. 30 minutes circuit training is far superior to aerobics because it creates the hormonal burst to create a fat burning state which lasts upto 48 hours after the workout. It creates a “hormonal soup” (adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol, with testosterone and HGH), which ensure that calories burnt are from fat and not from muscles. Aerobic activity by its very nature is not capable of creating that state and results in loss of muscle loss.

Identity Fitness Club for Women makes you lose weight by offering both circuit training and Hormone Diet. It does not believe in counting calories and uses the power of hormones to burn fat.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

"It’s the most scientifically proven exercise system. It’s time efficient and incorporates strength, flexibility and cardio in the same workout.” (The Cooper Institute; Texas) Circuit training is moving from one exercise to another in set intervals with little or no rest in between to keep the heart rate in the target zone. Circuit training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
